These workshops will give an introduction to beginner silks, hoop, sling and trapeze for children and teenagers.
On trapeze and hoop, they’ll learn how to get on the equipment and some basic moves and sequences.
On silks, they’ll learn how to climb the silks, low poses in footlocks and some inverts.
The workshops cost £25/participant.
