child performing backbend on aerial hoop

You’ve seen it in the Greatest Showman. Hoop is a great place for kids to start learning aerial. It’s a metal hoop suspended off the ground.

Hoop is an amazing way to build strength and flexiblity. It’s also really fun and a great challenge!

AERIAL HOOP

Silks are two pieces of suspended fabric that you climb and wrap yourself in.

Silks requires a lot of strength and brainwork. It’s helpful if your child can already carry their bodyweight in their arms. Climbers and gymnasts do well in this class

AERIAL SILKS

Trapeze is a great starter equipment for aerial work. The mix of bar and ropes introduces both metal and material elements. We teach single point trapeze that adds an element of spinning to make this both classic and stunning.

TRAPEZE
