What Should I Wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. We recommend that you wear clothes that cover the backs of the knees. Leggings and a close fitting top are ideal. Clothing that is too loose will get caught. It can also be helpful to have the torso covered. In winter, layers are a good idea!
Please don’t wear (or cover with tape if possible) jewelry as it can catch on you or the equipment. Long nails can also break and may rip silks.
